with advanced equipment and technology. The continuous rollers painting
can avoid colors difference. In 240 celsius degree baking chamber, the
PVDF paint can creat a pyknotic high performance protective layer on the
aluminium surface to prevent corrosion and pollution. Polyester layer
thickness is 27±2 um for 2 coatings and 32±2 um for 3 coatings. In
special environment, it needs to be 4 coatings. PVDF paint is based on
Kynar 500 standard and warranty is 15 years even in exterior
environment.
