technology. The continuous rollers painting can avoid colors
difference. In 240 celsius degree baking chamber, the Polyester paint
can creat a pyknotic high performance protective layer on the aluminium
surface to prevent corrosion and pollution. Polyester layer thickness is
18 ± 2 um.

The high performance PE coated coil has advantage in UV-resistance and color retention. High performance PE warranty period is 5 years in exterior environment while 20 years in interior environment. Glossiness reaches upto 98 degree.
The coils are painted in a vacuum sealed and dirt free environment. When the paint is applied it is controlled for its texture, exterior appearance and quality. The furnace is separated into four areas, thus the painting procedures achieves the highest quality in stain resistance, rigidity and temper. This ensures the product has a shiny lustre, easy application and long lasting colour.
