1.During sloting,according to the required edge width,position the panel and adjust the depth of the cuting device in order to cut to the depth of the aluminum.Then,push at a proper speed and acoid any sudden increase or decrease of speed or it will result in an unsmooth slot surface. Sloting shall be cut to the depth of the aluminum or it will affect the paint surface at the bending parts(such as paint axplosion or cracking).The aluminum clad should not be left on the surface of the slot or unevenness with different slot widths will occut during bending.
2.During bending, use the hands to gently lift the slotted edges. Move gently or the quality of bent surface will be affected.
