The Panels are roller coated with not less 70% Fluorocarbon Knayar 500/Hylar 5000 PVDF resins which are procured from world renowned paint suppliers such as BECKER ®, PPG ®. The rear sides of all HONGYUAN Panels come with a Mill Finish, Polyester Premier coating.
HONGYUAN PVDF is well known for its outstanding profermance in outdoor application, the surfaces are coated by exclusively high-quality lacquer systems with PVDF coil coating which have an optimum resistance against strong solar radiation, weather and industrial pollution. These properties are achieved by using UV resistant bonding agents.
